CELEBRATING WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH
Dear Members,
IEEE Bangladesh Section has a good practice of appreciating members’ effort for designing and conducting impactful activities and of celebrating achievements of members that bring glory and reputation to the Section at local, regional and global level.
This year we witnessed the birth of history as two of our very own
IEEE members
have won in the global IEEE annual elections. Prof. Saifur Rahman (Bangladesh origin) became the 2022 IEEE President-elect, and Prof. Celia Shahnaz (Bangladeshi) became the 2022 IEEE WIE Committee Chair- elect . We are proud of their achievements and would like to celebrate and congratulate them on their victory. It is also a great opportunity to appreciate our members’ unconditional support for this challenging Journey that brought visibility of Bangladesh section to 10 IEEE regions around the globe.
IEEE Bangladesh Section is organizing an ONLINE EVENT/ CELEBRATION on 28th November at 7:30 pm to appreciate members’ support and contributions for this achievements with Prof. Saifur Rahman and Prof. Celia Shahnaz as distinguished guests. Your gracious presence is requested during the event to make the evening a memorable one.
