Program Theme:
This flagship program is designed to strengthen the engagement of academic, professional, and student young professionals, Women in Engineering, and the SIGHT community to enhance the vitality of the IEEE Bangladesh Section by facilitating a collaborative environment of learning, innovation, and advancement.
The morning session (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) is dedicated to training for IEEE leaders on vTools to update officers, events, and relevant skills. It will also include training on participants’ skill enhancement in reviewing papers, writing IEEE conference papers, understanding submission requirements, paper selection criteria, and overall ethical issues to ensure conference quality.
After a networking lunch break, the afternoon session (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) shifts focus to students, young professionals, and Women in Engineering members’ capacity building through Idea Competition, professional and humanitarian technology-based activities, and entrepreneurship bootcamp to ensure utilization of membership benefits.
This exciting segment will culminate with an inspiring talk by the Chief Guest, Prof. Saifur Rahman (2023 IEEE President & CEO), followed by the Prize-Giving Ceremony and a Formal Dinner.

A token registration fee is required during the online registration to attend the event in person. It helps organize the logistics.

Non-members: 3000 BDT
Discounted fee for IEEE Student Members: 400 BDT
Discounted fee for IEEE Professional Members: 500 BDT
Travel Grants:
At the discretion of the IEEE Bangladesh Section excom 2025, a limited travel grants will be offered to participants traveling from outside Dhaka, provided they attend the full-day program. The travel grant will be based on the reimbursement policy.
