I have been active volunteer of IEEE since 2008. I have been served as Counselor of IEEE AIUB SB from 2016 to 2017 and achieved Best Counselor 2016 and 2017 from IEEE BDS and R10 Best Counselor 2017. I been serving as Professional Activity Coordinator for 2018 and served much possible to IEEE BDS ExCom. This year I would like to serve as Educational Activities Coordinator. I have completed TISP (Teacher in Service Program) during IEEE SYWP Congress 2018 at Bali, Indonesia. Hence I would like to share my experience and coordinating the educational activities of the IEEE by developing educational programs to ensure The technological literacy of pre-university students, the continuous maintenance and improvement of engineering education programs through active participation in accreditation activities, and the development of continuing education products and services that serve the professional development and lifelong learning needs of electro-technology professionals worldwide. This year I have planned to coordinate to organize several TISP programs for collage/school teachers in cooperation with different IEEE Student Branches of different universities in Bangladesh.

If I elected as the Educational Activity Coordinator of IEEE Bangladesh Section, my plan to work on following major priorities:
1. Take step to analysis Intended Learning Outcome (ILO) of undergraduate programs related to IEEE (such as EEE, CSE, ECE) from different universities of Bangladesh and prepare suggestions to update ILOs.
2. To take step forward program Accreditation matters of IEEE related program of different universities.
3. Enhance activities to improve industry academia collaboration.

After graduation I served in software industry for two years and then came in teaching position in 2001. As a faculty member, my main duty is teaching and research. I have more than 100 publications in different journals and conferences. To conduct research I have talent group members who worked under my supervision as well as I have different foreign research collaborations. Several my works got best paper awards in different international conference. I am the founder chairman of Computational Intelligence Research Group in my department.
