Panel session “Fostering Industry-Academia Collaboration in Chattogram, the Commercial Capital of Bangladesh” , arranged by IEEE BDS in International Islamic University, Chattogram on October 2018.

1st Choice Position Statement (500 Words)
Now it is an era of innovative technologies and young engineering students invent many projects for humanity. With the collaboration with industry, there is a good opportunity to commercialize the products. Besides GOB is making bridge between industry and academia. Therefore, collaborating with young researchers and students with related industry will be great scope in Bangladesh. I want to contribute in industrial activity coordinator in IEEE BDS. Beside, I would like to encourage industries to donate on research activities and sponsorships in different conferences, workshops, seminars, symposiums, etc.
1st Choice Qualification relevant to the applied post (500 Words)
I have experiences working in IEEE BDS under humanitarian, publicity, newsletter committees. I have seen that we have many lacking for mutual coordination with industries. I will contribute my experience to improve industrial activities. I have served as team member of IEEE WIE, global newsletter committee. I have been serving as a mentor in IEEE RUET SB. Besides I have many membership development programs, technical training in different public and private universities.
Contribution to IEEE Bangladesh Section (500 words)
I have special contribution in IEEE humanitarian activity coordination committee, IEEESS12, IEEE BDS HAC, IEEE WIE to organize different programs since 2016. I have served as newsletter editor, graphics designer, publicity coordinator. I volunteered in different IEEE sponsored conferences as ICECTE2016, ICEEE2015, WIECON ECE 2016, WIECON ECE 2017, R10 HTC 2017.
